Britney Spears took to Instagram to share the exact moment she broke her foot while dancing barefoot — and well, as she said in the description, "it’s kind of loud."
So if you're at all squeamish this might not be the video for you.
Last week (February 18), Britney's boyfriend, Sam Asghari, shared an Instagram post confirming that she did, in fact, break her foot.
"My lioness broke her metatarsal bone on her foot doing what she loves which is dancing," he wrote.
