According to FOX 43, police in Chambersburg are looking for a man caught on video defecting on a vehicle. The man can be seen running through a parking lot, going between two vehicles, and leaving behind his 'mess' on one of the vehicles before taking off 5 minutes later in a Chevy Malibu.
