Some students at a suburban Chicago school got a surprise at prom this past weekend when the Chainsmokers crashed the festivities.

Crashed this prom just now. It was across the street from our arena show, so why not :) pic.twitter.com/BIOdSrfMKd— THE CHAINSMOKERS (@TheChainsmokers) April 30, 2017
The Chainsmokers, who played the Allstate Arena on Saturday night, took a detour before the show to visit Huntley High School's prom celebration at a nearby hotel in Rosemont.
After shocking the prom-goers, duo Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall played one song for the delighted crowd before heading to the arena, pricipal Scott Rowe said.
