A dad in Ohio is just a moron.
He wanted to teach his 6 year old daughter a lesson so he dressed up like a clown and chased her around the neighborhood.
The girl in a panic tried to get in a strangers car and then ran into a strangers apartment. The man in the apartment came out with his gun and fired a warning shot off before the police showed up.
The clown dad was charged with child endangerment and inducing panic while the neighbor with the gun is also facing a using weapons while intoxicated charge...
