Tickets Now on Sale for BodyRock! 2018, Pittsburgh’s One-of-a-Kind Boutique Fitness Event Spotlighting Area’s Top Instructors


 – On Sunday, April 22, Attendees Will Sweat to Classes Taught by Pittsburgh’s Finest in Fitness, and Receive Access to Prominent Experts in Health, Wellness, Fashion and Beauty – Pittsburgh, PA  – Fame15 Creative and Stage AE are pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for BodyRock! 2018, a fitness event that delivers the best of Pittsburgh’s fitness scene to an active audience. Now in its third year, BodyRock! will bring hundreds of fitness enthusiasts from across the Pittsburgh region together under one roof for a day of cutting-edge workouts taught by Pittsburgh’s top-rated boutique fitness instructors. The eagerly-anticipated event will be held at Stage AE on Sunday, April 22, from 8:00am-2:00pm. That’s why the line-up for BodyRock! 2018 is our strongest ever, with a selection of instructors and classes that represent the diversity and immense talent of Pittsburgh’s burgeoning fitness scene,” said Laura Early, Partner and Chief Marketing Officer of Fame15 Creative and Kate Lambert, Stage AE Director of Sponsorship and Box Seat Sales. “We wish to thank our event partners at Allegheny Health Network, Bai, Core Water, and Highmark for helping us make BodyRock! 2018 a reality, and continuing our tradition of bringing what’s new and next in fitness to workout enthusiasts across our region.” New to this year’s multi-faceted line-up are Anthony Colonna of Greentree’s Pittsburgh Punch, who will lead a high-energy boxing workout, and Laura Escott of the Strip District’s Meraki Studio, who will teach Revival Flow –  a unique class that fuses yoga, Pilates and toning with barre-based movement. Also new to the line-up is Jennifer Glick of Downtown’s Illume Pittsburgh, who will lead attendees in two active recovery yoga classes. Returning to the BodyRock! stage: Alison Mears, co-owner and renowned spinning instructor of Shadyside’s Steel Revolution, and DJ Scottro of 96.1FM. In addition to expanding their fitness offerings, BodyRock! 2018 has added a significant charitable component to the mix. This year, the event will kick off with a 3-part series of pop-up spinning classes, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Greater Pittsburgh. Rides will be held at Steel Revolution (731 Copeland Street, Shadyside) on February 23 at 6:00pm; Zenergy Cycling (6139 Spirit Street, East Liberty) on March 23 at 6:00pm; and CycleBar North Hills (6294 Northway Drive, North Hills) on April 18 at 12:45pm. With a suggested donation of $20 per bike, proceeds will help to fund the BBBS “Bigs and Littles” youth mentoring programs.  “All of us at Big Brothers Big Sisters are advocates for the joy and sense of fulfillment that comes with mentoring and supporting our youth,” said Jan Glick, Chief Executive Officer, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh. “We could not be more pleased that Stage AE and Fame15 Creative are using their ingenious capabilities to donate to our organization.
