Pittsburgh, PA, March 14, 2019 – Early: Media Collective and Stage AE are pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for BodyRock! 2019, a fitness event that delivers the best of Pittsburgh’s fitness scene to an active audience. Now in its fourth year, BodyRock! will bring hundreds of fitness enthusiasts from across the Pittsburgh region together under one roof for a day of cutting-edge workouts taught by Pittsburgh’s top-rated boutique fitness instructors. The eagerly-anticipated event will be held at Stage AE on Sunday, April 28th, from 8:00am-3:00pm. New to this year’s line-up are Bloomfield’s I Love Kickboxing, who will lead a high-energy boxing workout and Upper St. Clair’s SWEAT Pgh, who will teach a Hip Hop Flow and Barre Blast class. Also new to the line-up is North Hill’s ROW House, who will lead attendees in two full body workouts featuring row and full body stretching. Returning to the BodyRock! stage: Shadyside’s renowned spinning studio Steel Revolution, East End’s Zenergy and DJ Scottro of 96.1KISSFM. In addition to expanding the fitness offerings, BodyRock! 2019 has included a significant charitable component to the mix. This year, the event will kick off with a 3-part series of pop-up spinning classes, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Greater Pittsburgh. Rides will be held at Steel Revolution (731 Copeland Street, Shadyside) on March 15th at 5:30pm; Zenergy Cycling (417 Suncrest Towne Centre, Morgantown) on March 30 at 11:00am; and ROW House (652A Northway Dr, North Hills) on April 14 at 2:00pm. With a suggested donation of $20 per class, proceeds will help to fund the BBBS “Bigs and Littles” youth mentoring programs.
