Today, on Thursday, May 7th, Ellen Degeneres featured a Pittsburgh woman who has gone the extra mile for single mothers in need during the pandemic on her show. With the Alignment Chapter, a Pittsburgh-based non-profit organization that aims to help single mothers maintain financial stability by giving them household necessities, Pittsburgh mom Ray Nell Jones has been able to help over a thousand single moms in need across five states.
