Chris Evans Sends Boy Hero a Captain America Shield

Heroes recognize heroes, am I right?

In today's episode of "Chris Evans is a National Treasure", Chris Evans sent a six-year-old boy his very own Captain America shield for saving his sister from a dog attack. Over the past week, Bridger Walker has gone viral for stepping in front of his four-year-old sister when a German shepherd mix charged at her. Bridger was so badly injured that he needed a two-hour surgery and stitches, but multiple stars, the most notable being Captain America himself, Chris Evans, took notice of his story. Yesterday, on July 15, Bridger's mom Nikki Walker posted a video on her Instagram of a sweet exchange between Bridger and Chris. Watch it below:
