Through my journey with dating apps, it's become clear to me that some of you strapping young lads desperately need my help in the fashion department. As someone with a background in retail and an unhealthy addiction to social media, let me tell it to you straight. Those cargo shorts you've been wearing since 7th grade? Throw 'em out, because short shorts are in style. According to HIGHLY SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH (TikTok), shorts with a 5.5 inch seam instantly make a guy hotter.

Don't believe me? Over the summer, the hashtag #5inchseam racked up more than 23.1 million views on TikTok. Additionally, Google searches for 5-inch seams went way up in July. Numbers don't lie, people.
