Where's Tayshia? How does Clare "blow up" 'The Bachelorette'? WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?

We are literal weeks away from the upcoming season of The Bachelorette, and after multiple promos, I still have no idea what's going on. The latest promo for The Bachelorette premiered on ABC during Dancing with the Stars last night, and even though it makes multiple references to 'clare-ity' and 'clare-ification', I still feel in the dark. Is Tayshia going to be in this season at all? What's the deal with this Dale Moss guy? Watch the trailer below and let me know your theories.
