Mad Mex's Gobblerito is BACK!

Fall has officially arrived here in Pittsburgh.

Thanksgiving has come a little bit early this year because, as of today, Mad Mex is now serving their annual Thanksgiving meal, the Gobblerito. The Gobblerito, a Pittsburgh staple since its inception 11 years ago, is a burrito filled with all your favorite Thanksgiving fix-ins such as turkey, corn, stuffing, and black bean mashed potatoes, and is served with a side of cranberry sauce. According to Big Burrito Restaurant Group president Bill Fuller, it's more than a pound of food.

You can get the Pittsburgh fall staple now through Thanksgiving eve, on November 25, and to make it extra delicious, Fuller says to order extra gravy. My personal pro-tip is to order it with one of Mad Mex's seasonal drinks, like their Apple Cider Margarita, which is also available now. Love that salted caramel rim!

Are you really from Pittsburgh if you haven't had a Gobblerito from Mad Mex? Do yourself a favor and try one this fall if you haven't already.
