Gym closed? Here's a full body workout you can do at home with no weights.

Self-Isolation is key right now! Gold star for doing your part! This doesn't mean life just has to....stop. You should try to work out. In fact, if you're working from home, it's proven to help focus. I know I could use some of that right now.

Here's the workout I've been doing to pass the time. DISCLAIMER: This workout kicks your butt, so be aware of your limits. Take breaks, drink water, stretch/warm up appropriately, and feel free to modify in anyway.

WARMUP:

:30 high knees

:30 cobra

:30 butt kicks

:30 jumping jacks

Great! That's the warm up. This is what's going to go down for the workout. There are 5 sets of workouts, we will do 3 rounds of them each.

Round 1: 21 reps

Round 2: 15 reps

Round 3: 9 reps

SET 1

Lateral Squats

Squats

Jump Squats

TAKE A BREAK - at least 30 seconds....

SET 2

Squat thrust and shuffle

Bicycle crunches

Hip thrusts

TAKE A BREAK - at least 30 seconds....

SET 3

Push-ups

Plank hip rolls

TAKE A BREAK - at least 30 seconds....

SET 4

TAKE A BREAK - at least 30 seconds....

Finished Round 1? Repeat but this time do 15 reps.

Finished Round 2? Repeat but this time do 9 reps.
