Like many schools around the world, Thomas Mills High School in Suffolk, England, is temporarily closed but when its students finally get to return to its halls, they’ll find tons of upgrades to its creative facilities thanks to their most famous alum: Ed Sheeran.
The hitmaker’s paid for multiple improvements to their art, music and IT rooms, including a new state of the art recording studio, soundproofing and a darkroom.
He’s also purchased new computers, cameras and key equipment and the school says they’re incredibly thankful to have a former student who understands the value of art education and has the ability to help.
Ed’s generosity doesn't end there.
He’s also taking care of the employees of his London Pub during quarantine by paying their full salaries while the bar has been forced to close.
