PA Town Nervous About Red Ballons Tied To Sewer Grates

Can't wait for the re-boot of Stephen King's 'IT' which hits theaters this Thursday. The movie looks terrifying, playing off the equally terrifying vibes from the original book and mini-series from the 80's and 90's. Pranksters sense terror, and have gone around a small Pennsylvania town tying red ballons to the sewer grates. The police in the borough of Lititz respectfully request that you knock it the f*ck off.

Lititz is close to Philthadelphia (about 75 miles away) and from the looks of it, is reminiscent of Derry, the town depicted in the movie.
