Mike Myers first found success on SNL, and broke out with a huge hit in Wayne's World. Then came the James Bond parody series Austin Powers.
But Myers nearly killed his movie career with The Love Guru, and has been pretty low-key ever since. Until recently. Now there's word that Myers is on-board for a new Austin Powers movie!
According to CinemaBlend, Myers has revealed it might just be a matter of time until we see the International Man of Mystery gracing the big screen once again:
Well youâre gonna see Dr. Evil soon, somewhere in the culture. But the movie, you know Iâve had three kids under the age of 7.
They take a long time to write, they always have. Jay [Roach]âs been super crazy. Heâs doing a fantastic movie right now that heâs working on. But⊠itâs looking good.
Comedy sequels made 15 years after the previous installment also donât exactly have the best track record but that doesnât mean Iâm not holding out a little bit of hope for this one.
