The devastating news struck households in America earlier this year when Jeopardy! game show host Alex Trebek announced he had stage 4 pancreatic cancer. But within the same announcement, he assured us he wouldn't go down without a fight. And fight he did. Trebek just finished his last round of chemo, and has already turned his sights to the upcoming season of Jeopardy!
“It’s another day at the office, and an exciting day because so many great things have been happening. I’ve gone through a lot of chemotherapy. Thankfully, that is now over. I’m on the mend and that’s all I can hope for right now.
We have some exciting things coming up and I can’t wait to share them with all of you. Let me tell you, it’s going to be a good year.”
