While 2016's Suicide Squad was underwhelming at best, it did give birth to Margot Robbie's bad-ass character Harley Quinn. So much so that they're going to build an entire franchise around her. Well, she's getting back in the saddle after a tumultuous breakup with The Joker (and don't worry, Jared Leto won't be in this movie to ruin it), and leading a gang of ladies on crime sprees.
