It's the end of an era, Charlotte Russe is going out of business. A long time staple in many of our local malls, CR is set to close all stores nationwide. Local locations include Ross Park, Monroeville & Pittsburgh Mills. The online store is currently closed and the website says, "Going Out of Business, sale starts March 7th".
