Gisele Baretto Fetterman is someone that I have admired from a far for some time. We met one or twice at events but never really had the chance to talk at length. I'm thankful that we did get to chat because this woman is an angel on earth. Gisele has really gone above and beyond to help the people of Braddock with the creation of The Free Store which has been serving the community since 2012.
If you are unaware of The Free Store, they receive surplus donated goods and redistribute to neighbors in need. Gisele told me her immigration story with a Mister Rogers connection, how she fell in love with Braddock, creation of the free store and how she is working to expand this wonderful concept across the country. Gisele's husband Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman makes a special cameo too!
