This year’s food lineup is ready to rival the on-stage action at Coachella this year!
First and foremost, YES… Roy Choi is back but everyone is equally as excited for the rapidly expanding Dave’s Hot Chicken and Bang Bang Noodles.
Delilah, Slab, and the Nice Guy offer experiences this year as part of the Postmates ReTreat lounge area.
Inside the Indio Central Market, you’ll find Sweetfin, where you can get your poké bowls and New School Quality Grilled Cheese from chef Eric Greenspan.
And remember how a few months ago I was telling you how non-alcoholic drinks are really making a name for themselves lately! Well…for the first time ever there will be a non-alcoholic bar created in partnership with the New Bar.
There will be speakeasies and in-the-know experiences galore this year too, a few bars but also a sushi speakeasy put together by Sushi by Scratch, with a 16-course omakase and sake pairing. That’s going to set you back tho…$375 per person.
FYI: much cheaper options if you want yummy hand rolls get them from Kazunori in the Rose Garden.
So, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to chow down before seeing some of your favorite artist because if I have to choose between my food and Bad Bunny tonight, we may have a problem!
